Responsible gambling tools
Caps, timeouts, self-exclusion. A host cannot undo an exclusion as a favour.
If play is no longer a game, stop. Deposit caps and timeouts live in the account after login. Self-exclusion is a lock. We will not reverse it because a Sunday Qualifier is on.
Deposit limits and timeouts
- Daily, weekly, monthly deposit caps.
- Session reminders.
- Timeouts measured in days.
- Self-exclusion. Mail [email protected] if the switch in cashier is unclear.
Gambling help in India
BeGambleAware, GamCare, and local counselling. If you are in India and need a clinic, start with a registered counsellor, not a recovery-themed betting channel.
Under 18 accounts
If we learn an account belongs to a minor, it closes. Balances are handled under the terms, not under a negotiation.
